This course explores employee relations through a comprehensive examination of workplace
dynamics, legal frameworks, and strategic management in the Malaysian context. Students will
learn about conflict resolution, communication strategies, labor laws, trade unions, and emerging
workplace trends, developing critical skills for effective human resource management. The course
integrates theoretical approaches with practical case studies, enabling students to understand
complex workplace interactions. By the end of the course, students will be equipped with the
